This website collects as little data as possible. We do not use advertising profiling tools, we do not run retargeting and we do not sell data to third parties.

Data you send us
If you use the contact form, we process your name, email, topic, message and, if supplied, organisation to reply and manage the resulting conversation. Name, email, topic and message are required to send a request: without them we cannot receive it or reply. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and, for other conversations, our legitimate interest in replying. We do not use this data for marketing.
Security and browsing data
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. When you browse or submit the form, it may process your IP address, technical logs and security signals to deliver pages, rate-limit abuse and use Turnstile to check that a request is not from a bot. Your IP address is also sent to the Turnstile verification service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available. This information may be personal data, but Runninglime does not use it for marketing or profiling.
Visit statistics
Only with your consent do we enable Google Analytics 4. It collects online identifiers and information about pages, traffic sources, browser, device and session to produce statistical reports. We have disabled advertising signals and ad personalisation. Data is also processed by Google Ireland Limited; you can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Providers and transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. processes data for hosting, security, Turnstile and email delivery; Runninglime’s mailbox provider receives contact messages to manage email; messages sent through the form may also reach us via Telegram; Google Ireland Limited processes data only if you enable statistics. Providers may transfer data to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework, where applicable, and standard contractual clauses. We do not disclose data to other parties unless required by law.
Retention
We keep messages for as long as needed to reply and manage any resulting relationship; afterwards we retain them only where necessary to document the conversation, comply with the law or establish or defend a legal claim. Technical and security data follows the strictly necessary periods and Cloudflare service settings. Analytics event data follows the period configured in the Google Analytics property.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting previous processing. Email info@runninglime.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
